You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, PaperSpace GmbH, represented by the authorized managing director Martin Stämmler, Am Bartelskamp 16, 38553 Wasbüttel, Phone: +49 (0)151 40509735, Email: info@paperspace.ai, by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website www.paperspace.ai electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g., by email).
To safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you revoke this contract, we shall repay to you all payments which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a kind of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, in comparison with the total scope of services provided in the contract.
